Here it is already September and a new school year. Ellie's school year! She starts her preschool tomorrow. She went to the teacher meet'n'greet on Wednesday. She's one of the younger ones in the class and we're hoping that along with the hitting, biting and shoving she learns she also starts talking! I've got her lunch packed, sippy cups filled and diapers inked with her name. My nephew is in the older kids preschool classroom and my niece is starting Kindergarten! It's going to be quite a school year.
I'm back at school as well and again the paperwork is overwhelming. Working at a school is not a finish up at 3:30 and you're outta there kind of job. That's why we need summer vacations-longer summer vacations!
Since I've posted last many exciting things are happening on the China adoption front.
Catherine received Hannah's referral! Hannah is such a cutie!
Emma's family should be arriving in China tonight! Plus, Debz & Shane are leaving tomorrow to
bring home Jazmyn!
The other night we went to T@rget and we ran into Michele and her two beautiful daughters. Michele was the one who introduced me to the opportunity to adopt from China and started me on my way back in the summer of 2005. She has since added a second daughter. My goodness, they've grown so tall! And they are starting KG and first grade. Wow. Michele took a great photo of the three but I need to check on how she feels about posting it here first. Will get back to y'all on that.

Just dropped by to pick up a few items and discovered K & M had the same idea. I was able to chat for a few minutes with their mom, Michele, while the girls entertained Ellie. It's a great picture, isn't it?! =)
