I got my I-171H back! And it was freeeeeeee! Now I have until 9/23/09 for fingerprints and 1/20/10 for the I600A to expire! Barring day referrals per month, I think I might make it! Happy Happy Joy Joy!
Plus, I found this cool website Shining Sun Garden Works. The lady with the blowtorch at the bottom of the page creates these cool metal words and decorations. Check out the video of her making a flower!

Hey Shannon- So glad to see that you received the I171H and that it was free! Our 3rd finger print appt is next week. So hopefully, all goes smoothly. We are both getting really close to getting our referrals. It still does not seem real to me. Guess it won't until I see her face. This has been such a long ride. Take care. Have a great summer.

Oh Shannon, forgot to ask you something- what was the expiration date on your second I171H and prints? Our prints are getting ready to expire, but still have a few months on our I171H. Just wondering if this could effect our renewal. Thanks so much. ~ Lisa
fingerprint expiration date 6-16-08
The I171H form is slightly different this time and has a little bold message at the bottome stating when the I 600A will expire. I guess cause we only get one free extension. I waited up til the first of June to send in my request. Don't know if any of this info helps you? Best of luck!
