for that elusive Brown Envelope. The B.E. acknowledges that the American Embassy in Guangzhou knows I'm coming there to adopt a child. There has been a deluge of BE sightings in my DTC group. I hope I'm next!

Totally shocked when I got mine.... I didn't know what to do with it and had to call my agency to see if it was okay to open.... Just the knowledge that CCAA knows you are coming to take home Eli will just boggle your mind!!!
