Yin and Yang

According to my exciting new book, The Oracle Dragon, "Yin and yang are complementary but opposite aspects of the one energy, chi. Whatever form the chi energy is expressing now is inevitably going to reach a limit from which it will fall into its opposite form of expression, only to repeat the cycle again and again, constantly changing from yin to yang and back again in a never ending cycle."
I'm thinkin' that this referral slowdown has just about reached my limit and it should reverse. My question is, how can we "help" this chi to reverse itself?!What?? That's not the way it works??!! Hhhhmmmmph! Next book, please!! =)
